1. Who we are
LumaLang (“LumaLang,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is owned and operated by LessonSlayer LLC.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, content, digital products, memberships, and any other services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be 18 or older to create an account, purchase, or manage a membership. If you are using the Services on behalf of a minor learner, you accept these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for how the Services are used.

2. What we provide
LumaLang offers:

• Digital downloads (for example: printable resources, activity packs, lesson materials, etc.)
• Educational content (for example: guides, tips, audio/video lessons)
• Membership-based access to ongoing content and/or resource libraries (“Memberships” or “Subscriptions”)

All content is for educational support only. We do not guarantee academic outcomes, skill improvement, test results, or any particular rate of progress.

Parental / Adult Responsibility:
Some LumaLang content is designed to be used by or with children or other learners. You agree that any minor using our materials is supervised by a responsible adult, and that you are responsible for how the content is used, interpreted, and applied.

3. Accounts and access
Some parts of the Services may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Not allow others to use your account
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

We may also suspend or terminate access to any part of the Services, including paid content, without refund, if we believe our materials are being misused, shared without permission, or used in a way that violates these Terms.

4. Payments and billing
(a) Digital products (one-time purchases)
When you buy a digital product, you will be charged the price shown at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise.

(b) Memberships / Subscriptions
If you sign up for a membership or subscription plan, you authorize LessonSlayer LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for example: monthly) until you cancel.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe via Memberstack, our membership management platform. We do not store your full credit card number. You authorize LessonSlayer LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.

We may change membership pricing in the future. If we do, we will notify you in advance and give you the option to cancel before new rates take effect.

5. Cancellations and refunds
(a) Digital products
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you lose the right to request a refund for that digital item.

(b) Memberships / Subscriptions
You may cancel your membership at any time.

• When you cancel, your access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period.
• You will not be charged again after the current billing period ends.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

Example: If you cancel on the 10th and your cycle runs until the 30th, you will keep access until the 30th, and billing will stop after that cycle.

We reserve the right to end or suspend access to memberships for violation of these Terms.

6. License to use purchased content
When you purchase or access LumaLang content (including downloads, lesson materials, videos, cards, practice sheets, and other resources), you are receiving a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that content for personal, household, or individual classroom support.

Unless you have written permission from us, you may not:

• Resell, repost, or distribute our content
• Claim our content or designs as your own
• Upload, email, message, or share our content (free or paid) in any public or shared drive, group, marketplace, messaging thread, social platform, or resource-sharing site
• Use our content to create competing products, curriculum, trainings, or commercial materials

All content remains the intellectual property of LessonSlayer LLC, even after purchase.

Educator use:
If you are an educator, you may use purchased content with your own students. You may not broadcast, publish, or redistribute paid files to other educators, teams, schools, districts, or programs unless you have an appropriate multi-user license or express written permission from us.

We may suspend or terminate your license, including paid access, without refund if we believe our content is being copied, redistributed, or misused.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or reproduce our content for commercial purposes
• Circumvent paywalls, access controls, or membership restrictions
• Harass, threaten, or harm others in any communities, comments, or interactive features
• Upload or transmit viruses, bots, scrapers, or other code that interferes with site function
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We may suspend or permanently remove your access, without refund, if we believe your use of the Services is unlawful, abusive, or violates these Terms.

7a. Community Forum

LumaLang includes access to a community forum powered by Website Toolbox. By participating in the community, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and kindness
• Not share, distribute, or post LumaLang resources or paid content in the forum
• Not spam, advertise, or promote outside products or services
• Not harass, threaten, or target other members
• Not share personal information about minors without consent

We reserve the right to remove posts, warn members, or revoke forum access and membership without refund if these guidelines are violated.

8. Educational and usage disclaimer
LumaLang provides educational support and practice tools for building literacy and language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

We do not provide:

• Legal, medical, therapeutic, psychological, clinical, or diagnostic services
• Specialized intervention, speech therapy, or individualized educational planning
• Guarantees of improvement or results

Any routines, strategies, or suggested language practice are provided for general educational purposes only. You are responsible for deciding how to use them.

If you have specific concerns about a learner’s needs, please consult a qualified professional (for example: a licensed educator, literacy specialist, or speech-language pathologist).

9. Availability and changes to the Services
We may update, change, pause, or remove parts of the Services at any time. This includes:

• Adding or removing materials inside memberships
• Updating the format or content of downloads
• Adjusting features, layouts, or pricing
• Discontinuing certain products or offerings

We are not responsible for any delay, interruption, inability to access content, or data loss caused by:

• Internet or device issues on your side
• Platform downtime or service outages
• Technical issues outside our direct control

We also reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or revoke access if necessary to protect our content, our business, or our users.

10. Intellectual property
All content on or provided through LumaLang — including text, illustrations, designs, branding, logos, layout, audio, video, downloads, worksheets, activities, frameworks, and visual assets — is owned by LessonSlayer LLC or licensed to us.

You may not use our names, logos, visuals, or content to imply partnership, certification, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.

“LumaLang,” “LessonSlayer LLC,” and all associated marks, designs, and branding elements are the property of LessonSlayer LLC.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• LumaLang and LessonSlayer LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes (but is not limited to) lost time, lost data, lost opportunities, or expected results.
• Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product or, in the case of a membership, the amount you paid in the most recent billing period.

Some regions do not allow certain limits. Where that applies, we will follow the minimum required by applicable law.

12. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

By using the Services, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Services and, if applicable, cancel your membership.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sullivan County, New York. By using the Services, you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

15. Coupons, promotions, and limited-time offers

From time to time, we may offer discounts, coupons, promo codes, free trials, or other limited-time offers (“Promotions”).

By using or redeeming a Promotion, you agree that:

• Promotions may have specific eligibility requirements (for example: new members only, first purchase only, expires after a certain date).
• Promotions may apply only to certain products, plans, or membership levels.
• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds.
• We may modify, pause, or end a Promotion at any time, including before the stated end date, for any reason.
• If you cancel a membership that began with a Promotion, you may not be able to re-activate at that same promotional rate in the future.
• Unless we clearly say otherwise in writing, only one Promotion can be applied per order.

If a Promotion conflicts with these Terms, the written details of that Promotion will control only for that single offer.

16. Contests, giveaways, and sweepstakes

We may occasionally run giveaways, challenges, contests, or sweepstakes (“Contests”).

Unless we specifically say otherwise in the official rules for that Contest:

• No purchase is required to enter or win.
• Contests are intended for eligible participants only (for example, age 18+, certain locations, etc.).
• Winners may be asked to confirm eligibility before receiving any prize.
• Prizes are not transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and may be replaced with a similar item or store credit at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to change, delay, or cancel any Contest for any reason (including suspected fraud or misuse).

Any additional rules we publish for a specific Contest (timing, how to enter, how winners are chosen, etc.) are considered part of these Terms.

17. Advertising and testimonials

We may display quotes, reviews, testimonials, pictures, or videos from educators, caregivers, or learners who have used our materials.
These statements reflect their personal experiences and results. Individual results vary. We do not promise or guarantee that you or any learner will achieve the same outcome.

We may also promote our products or memberships through email, on social media, or on third-party platforms.
Any promotional messaging, claims, or descriptions are provided for general marketing purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of progress, performance, or specific academic results.
