A quick routine that turns one word into a full sentence, then a better sentence.

A quick routine that turns one word into a full sentence, then a better sentence.
How it helps: This builds language and writing skills by practicing complete thoughts, clear word order, and meaning.
Step 1: Choose one word. Pick a word from the picture or object. Example: “mouse.”
Step 2: Say a simple sentence. Use a starter: “I see a ___.” “I see a dog.”
Step 3: Make it stronger. Add one detail: color, size, number, or where. “I see a small dog” “I see a small dog on the table.”
Step 4: Write it or build it with word cards. Write the final sentence, or write each word on a small slip and put it in order.
Beginner: Give two choices for each step: “dog or cat” and “small or big.”
Challenge: Add "because" to explain thinking. "I see a small dog because it is on the table."
Post your learner’s best sentence today. If you share the picture or the word you chose, I can suggest a few sentence upgrades.
